Kapej Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you use Kapej to browse style clips, view profiles, save posts, comment, report content, and manage your account.

• Age Requirement: Kapej is for users 18+ only. Do not use the app if you are under 18.
• EULA: Your use of Kapej is subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable.
• UGC: You are responsible for user-generated content you post, including videos, profile information, comments, and reports. You must have the rights needed to share your content.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy: Kapej has zero tolerance for objectionable content under Apple's app safety standards, including harassment, threats, abuse, hate, illegal activity, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or content that encourages harm.
• Reporting: Users can report violating content or users. Kapej will review and process reported content within 24 hours and may remove content, restrict accounts, or block access when needed.
• Acceptable Use: Do not misuse reporting tools, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, disrupt the app, or attempt to bypass safety controls.
• Purchases: If optional in-app purchases are available, purchases are handled by the app platform and are subject to platform payment rules.
• Changes: Features and rules may be updated to maintain safety, reliability, legal compliance, and platform compliance.
